For those of us in the New York area who have troubled feet, Jeffrey Rosenstein is an extraordinary resource. Not only can he make wonderfully effective, unique orthotics; he can also manipulate the structure of the shoe hemselves to make it possible for us to wear what we can buy. When all else fails, he knows where to get custom shoes made, and then if necessary, how to subtly revise them if necessary. All the while he manages to convey that he enjoys the challenge, and most of all, the people he is helping.
